Khosi founded IRIS in 2019 after a 20 year career in Architecture, Diplomacy, Hospitality Management and Real Estate Development.

​

He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (BAS)  degree from the University of Cape Town  in South Africa and a Master of Science (MSc)  degree in Facilities Management from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom.

With a career in and outside of the built environment, Khosi has developed a unique expertise in the implementation of design and property operations concepts in the achievement of core business goals.
